There is absolutely no refunds on products purchased. Please keep in mind that Essentials Beauty Spa is here to help you manage your hair and better it's growth. We provide you with enough knowledge for you to make wise decisions on your purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!! Appointments
Although walk-ins are accepted, it is recommended that you book an appointment in advance. *Effective September 1, 2011 all new clients will be required to book appointments with a major credit card. If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, please call within 24 hours to cancel or your credit card will be charged the full appointment amount.
Services The stylists here at Essentials Beauty Spa are awesome. Everyone is special in their own way and no two are alike. Though we have different personalities, we all promote healthy hair. We want the best for you even when you do not want to understand what we are telling you. Relax, let us take care of you. Trust what we tell you as we have several years of experience. Please do not compare us to the "other stylist" because God created every one unique to fit His plan. We can not read your mind, so please let us know if we need to change something. Your vision, my vision, her vision...............................they are not the same. Consultations $30 is required for all consultations. This is a non-refundable fee! The stylist will provide you with adequate information for all your hair care needs. If you decide to have services done, the fee is applied toward your cost of the service. If you decide not to have services done that day but book an appointment, the fee will be applied toward your cost of the service. If you decide to walk away with the knowledge and time we provided for you, the fee is ours to keep and you and I are content. Samples of products are available for you as well as a pamphlet on what to expect of your hair. Products We do not manufacture the products we retail. We use them and know that they do just as it says it will do. The products that provide hold will do so, the products that provide moisture do just that. The products that provide shine gives you the gloss you need. The products that cleanse do just that and so on............ If used properly you should have no problem with your products, however your texture is what you were born with. It can not be altered unless it is done chemically. Natural hair is just that, It is natural. It flows, it curls, it stretches, it falls, it is happy and relaxed and does what it wants. Be happy with it! Accept it! Love it! You can not point to a picture and expect to have your hair like the picture. It's not your hair. The style will be the same but totally different because you are uniquely made and so is the hair that grows out of your head. Your 4A texture is totally different from her 4A texture. I say all of this to say, The products here are tested and approved by us. You may not like them. That's fine, Try something else....................... Coupons Essentials Beauty Spa appreciates you. We provide coupons to you off of our already low prices! You save on shipping and you do not have to wait on your products through the mail. We can not print coupons for you. You must print them and bring them in on your day of service. They are not to be combined with other offers so choose the best coupon that will benfit you the most. Be responsible. Be respectful. Unless being serviced, children are not allowed in the salon. Braiding & Hair Extensions
$30 deposit for all braiding w/ extentions appointments. This is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be held up to 3 months. An additional charge may be added for all services depending upon the length or thickness of your hair and/or the complexity of your desired hairstyle.
